only allow customers that and have completed online consent to attend and take part in hazardous Motorsports at Hull Karting
take customer bookings for Hull Karting
allocate customers to race events at Hull Karting
ensure customers are booked into correct activities for their age
enable customer name and photo (optional) to be displayed for operating the timing and track management system at Hull Karting to enable race events or to show it on leader boards display screens at Hull Karting and update results to our website or social media.

We retain customer records for 5 years from when you last attended, Unless the customer is under 18 years old then we keep records until 5 years past their 18 Birthday. Records of payments must be retained for 7 years.
