Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled you will lose your deposit.

If the booking is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice you must pay the full race costs.

There is no refund to any driver if that driver fails to attend or is withdrawn from the racing for any reason*

All drivers must complete and sign a consent form, and consent forms for under 18-year-olds must be signed by a parent/guardian.

Circuit exclusions

Adult races are for people aged 14 years and upwards.

Book and Drive – Family sessions are for 8 year olds and upwards ( must be over 4’6″ tall)

Drivers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Adults and children are not permitted on track at the same time unless they are from like-minded groups and only for Book and Drive Family and Friend sessions only.

All events do have maximum run times applied to prevent delays to later bookings. It is unusual that they are enforced but your session may be brought to an end even if it hasn’t been fully completed.

Late arrivals and no-shows

Bookings can only be adjusted at the discretion of the circuit manager but are non-refundable.

Drivers arriving after the safety briefing has commenced are not allowed to race and will not receive any refund.

If customers are late their event can be reduced in length and time to make up for lost time.

If you arrive so late your race can’t run there is no refund and you have to pay the full costs.

Unexpected cancellation or delay

If your event is cancelled or delayed due to ‘unforeseen circumstance’, for example power failure, fire, ice or any other cause beyond Hull Karting’s liability, we will either refund or book your event for another date.

Delays caused by driver accidents or poor driving on track will not be refunded or re-scheduled.

All karting events may overrun due to unforeseen delays. Any quoted “End Time” is an estimate, for guidance only.

Driver’s personal protective equipment

We recommend drivers wear trainers

Race suits, helmets and neck braces are all provided.
